Order Policy
Please read our order, preview, and delivery terms carefully before placing your order. By confirming an order, you agree to the conditions listed below.
1. Advance Payment & Confirmation
- To confirm the order, 10% of the total amount must be paid in advance.
- The 10% advance payment is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
2. Preview Changes & Add-ons
- After sharing the draft video preview, only 3 preview changes are allowed.
- Any additional changes beyond this will be charged at ₹50 per change.
- If any add-ons are requested, such as extra text design, animations, stickers, or logos, an additional charge of ₹100 per add-on will apply.
- Custom caricatures and custom logos are not included in these add-ons; their charges will depend on the level of customization required.
3. Video Slides & Format
- Each invitation includes 1 to 3 function slides only.
- Adding more than 3 function slides will incur additional charges, depending on the selected design.
- Separate function/slide videos will not be shared. You will receive one complete invitation video including all the functions you have selected.
4. Final Delivery & Balance Payment
- The remaining balance is payable after the video is completed and once you approve the watermarked preview.
- The final video without watermark will be shared only after full payment is received.
5. Inactive Orders
- If there is no response within 7 days after the draft video preview is shared, the order will be considered cancelled.
