Review & Finalize: We will create your digital invitation. Once you approve the final look and complete the remaining payment, we will share the high-resolution invitation with you!

Processing & Timeline

Working Hours & Holidays:

Our working hours are Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 8 PM.

Sunday & Festival Holidays – Office Closed. Orders placed on these days will be processed the next working day.

Digital Invitations delivery time:

Static card & PDF: Within 12 to 36 Hours
Without Caricature Video: Within 12 to 36 Hours
Customised Caricature Video: 24 to 48 Hours

Terms & Conditions:
  • After sharing the draft preview, only 3 preview changes are allowed. Any additional changes beyond this will be charged at ₹50 per change.
  • If any add-ons are requested, such as extra text design, animations, stickers, or logos, an additional charge of ₹100 per add-on will apply. Custom caricatures and custom logos are not included in these add-ons; their charges will depend on the level of customization required.
  • Separate function/slide videos will not be shared. You will receive one complete invitation video including all the functions you have selected.
  • Each invitation includes 1 to 3 function slides only. Adding more than 3 function slides will incur additional charges, depending on the selected design.
  • The 10% advance payment is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
  • If there is no response within 7 days after the draft preview is shared, the order will be considered cancelled.
Watermark:
  • Once you approve the final look and complete the remaining payment, we will share the high-resolution, without watermark invitation with you.
